Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of Access Management and Directory Services projects. The role involves managing service operations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of security and performance in IAM and directory solutions. The ideal candidate will coordinate between technical teams and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of IAM and directory services solutions
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with security policies and organizational standards
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements
- Act as a point of contact for client and technical teams
- Manage escalations and resolve service issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IAM, directory services, and service delivery management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of security standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Experience working within IR35 and outside IR35 contracting frameworks is a plus
- Relevant certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) are desirable
