Position: 3D Graphic Designer (Web)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$100/hour

Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality 3D models, scenes, and animations for web use.
- Create optimized 3D assets for real-time web rendering using WebGL, Three.js, or similar technologies.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate 3D elements into responsive websites, ensuring seamless performance.
- Ensure performance optimization by managing polygon count, texture compression, and load speed.
- Produce product visualizations, interactive hero sections, and immersive UI components.
- Maintain visual consistency aligned with brand guidelines and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in 3D graphic design or digital 3D visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D work used in web or interactive environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar.
- Experience preparing assets for web with GLTF/GLB workflows preferred.
- Understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering.
- Familiarity with WebGL / Three.js / interactive web frameworks is a strong plus.
- Ability to balance high-quality visuals with performance constraints.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation for web.
- Knowledge of frontend collaboration workflows (Figma, React, Webflow, etc.).
- Experience working in product-focused or startup environments.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
