Join a dynamic project focused on delivering high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders for a hotel interior. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled 3D designer with a strong background in architectural visualization, particularly within the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for transforming detailed design concepts into compelling visual assets that accurately represent the intended atmosphere and layout of the hotel. All work is remote, and you will collaborate closely with an established interior design and architectural studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Deliverables

• Produce realistic 3D renders of hotel interior spaces based on provided design specifications and reference materials
• Ensure all renders accurately reflect materials, lighting, textures, and spatial arrangements
• Deliver final high-resolution images suitable for client presentations and marketing purposes
• Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly to meet project requirements and deadlines
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D rendering for interior design, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, lighting, and material application
• Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into visually compelling renders
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
