The main AI software and platforms currently utilised for video production include Google Gemini / Nanobanana, ChatGPT, Arcads, Mirage, and Layer. Requirements
Essential Skills:
- A strong portfolio, with examples of great creative thinking across different channels.
- Experience with AI - Google Gemini / Nanobanana, ChatGPT, Arcads, Mirage, or Layer.
- Lead end-to-end concept development, steering the vision and guiding junior members from brief through to completion.
- Collaborate closely with producers, fellow creatives and internal marketing teams and apply your creative skills and design expertise to build innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ensure there is a strong, compelling idea at the heart of all creative executions.
- Build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders defending ideas and pushing the creative thinking along the way.
- Thrive in brainstorms and contribute to the development of original concepts.
- Responsible for a wide variety of hands-on creative tasks, including graphic design, illustration, layout, artworking, asset preparation and storyboarding.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Articulate and present ideas to senior stakeholders
- On top of trends in the creative arts, competitors and inspiration from unlikely sources.
- A love and understanding of mobile games, and gaming culture
- Great attention to detail – quality controlling content to ensure it is consistent in style, quality, and tone
- Excellent skills in the Adobe package
- Excellent skills in storytelling
- Gaming experience
- Working knowledge of motion graphics, gameplay recording and animation.
- Good illustration skills
- Social media savvy
- Experience in the production of content for user acquisition
- Open and excited by latest innovations in the space – for example the use of AI in creativity
