Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Independent Recruiter to support our rapidly growing talent acquisition operations.
This role is designed for individuals who excel in high-volume recruiting environments, manage their workflow independently, and are driven by performance-based earnings. This is a commission-only contractor role with no cap on earnings. Recruiters will support one or more key industries based on experience and business need, including:

- IT / Software Engineering
- Engineering & Skilled Trades
- Clinical & Healthcare
- Legal / Professional Services
- Federal / Government Staffing
- Administrative & Support Services
- Source qualified candidates using ATS/CRM systems, job boards, social platforms, and creative search techniques
- Execute high-volume candidate outreach through calls, emails, and messaging
- Conduct detailed prescreening interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit
- Submit candidates with complete notes, accurate assessments, and strong presentation
- Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate records within the ATS/CRM
- Communicate effectively with internal leadership regarding candidate status and role progression
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle to ensure consistent engagement
- Work independently while meeting performance expectations and agreed-upon deliverables
- Contribute sourcing ideas and strategies to support ongoing pipeline development
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Demonstrated success recruiting in one or more of the following sectors: Logistics, IT/Software, Engineering/Trades, Clinical, Legal, Federal, or Administrative Support
- Experience with ATS and CRM platforms (required)
- Strong candidate outreach, interviewing, and screening skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, consistent, and reliable
- Ability to work autonomously and manage daily workflow effectively
- Bachelor's degree preferred
