Imagine all the office meetings and brainstorming sessions which now must take place online. For that, you’ll need to be skillful at communicating on platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Ask yourself the following:
- Can you clearly formulate a message in an email, chat, online discussion, over the phone?
- Do you usually get your intended message across, or do people often ask for clarification, prioritization, examples?
- When is the last time you had a great communication or a bad communication experience? (at home, customer service, job etc.)
