Accountabilities
- Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications across multiple brands
- Partner with engineering to ensure accurate implementation, accessibility, and high-quality user experiences
- Evolve and maintain a multi-brand design system, contributing new reusable components quarterly
- Translate research findings and behavioral data into intuitive, effective screens and workflows
- Produce thorough design documentation, including specs, states, and interaction details
- Support usability testing and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Advocate for design quality and consistency across the organization
- 3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Strong attention to visual detail, interaction quality, and user-centered design principles
- Experience thinking in systems, not just individual screens
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, researchers)
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards and polish
- Comfortable making evidence-based decisions using research and product analytics
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
