Sales Representative – Switzerland
A leading innovator in digital and molecular pathology is expanding its commercial presence in Switzerland. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge diagnostic technologies that are transforming patient care. As part of a high-performing commercial team, you’ll build lasting partnerships with pathology laboratories and healthcare providers, driving growth while delivering real clinical impact.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of your region, driving revenue growth and exceeding annual targets.
- Identify and develop new customer relationships while strengthening existing partnerships.
- Introduce and demonstrate advanced diagnostic solutions to laboratories and hospitals.
- Deliver confident, engaging product presentations that clearly communicate scientific and workflow benefits.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage tender participation from start to finish.
- Collaborate with technical and application teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
- Represent the company at national and regional pathology events, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Collect and share market insights to help shape future commercial strategies.
What You Bring
- Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Diagnostics, or a related discipline.
- Proven sales experience in diagnostics or lab technology, ideally within pathology or histology.
- Strong technical grounding in immunohistochemistry and in-situ hybridization (FISH/CISH).
- Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Fluent in German with solid English; French a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Switzerland (3–4 days per week).
