Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the global rollout of a time recording system. This is a high impact role working across diverse geographical locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration.
Required Experience
- Large scale insurance project experience with knowledge of insurance concepts and terminology
- Time recording application implementations (Workday GTT experience is an advantage)
- Business analysis skills with the ability to understand complex subjects and translate into deliverables
- Strong understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and business analysis methodologies
- Proficient in requirement gathering, process mapping and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio)
- Understanding of data privacy legislation, GDPR and Privacy Impact Assessments
- Fluent English and one of German, Dutch or French
