Position: AV Project Manager

Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Start Date: ASAP

Day Rate: €350 - €425 (Dependant on experience)

Location: Germany/Remote


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of AV projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead and manage AV projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a thorough understanding of their needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including designers, engineers, and installers, to coordinate efforts and deliver projects successfully.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and products.
  • Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring all AV systems meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial targets are met.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and client updates.


Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AV project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects or knowledge of AV Projects and can deliver.
  • Must be fluent in German
  • Strong understanding of AV technologies, including video conferencing systems, digital signage, sound systems, and control systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
