Title: Product Manager

Contract Length: 12 Months

Work Environment: Remote

Pay Range: $50-$56/Hr (T4), $60-$66/Hr (INC)


Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a Product Manager to join our expanding team within Digital Marketing Operations. In this role, you will take ownership of product definition, development, integrations, and strategy for a key product area. You’ll focus on building custom tool suites that drive operational modernization, requiring strong technical acumen and experience with software integrations across diverse internal and external systems.
  • As the Product Manager, you will define the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include leading design and development sprints, prioritizing requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of your product areas and customer needs, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Communicate team progress, risks, and issues proactively to leadership.
  • Shape strategy for your product areas, including use cases, product requirements, and business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional requirements gathering to ensure clear and effective planning.
  • Create and manage Jira tickets for Epics, Stories, Features, Tasks, Spikes, and Test Cases.
  • Assist in developing technical specifications, schemas, data mappings, and user stories to guide the development team.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with current objectives and priorities.
  • Act as a key liaison between the functional delivery team and leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure product areas meet defined goals, timelines, and expectations from stakeholders and leadership.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members and partners to keep customer needs and priorities at the forefront.
  • Clearly communicate the product area’s vision and capabilities to the broader team.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, or another related field.
  • 4+ years relevant work experience in an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrate a track record of consistent and measurable delivery of large cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience leading technical initiatives that span several teams and functional areas.
  • Experience synthesizing complex project data and information and then relaying that information to others who may not be as technical.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions.
  • Be able to work independently and self-manage time, prioritize tasks, and execute deliverables proactively.
  • Ability to ask questions when faced with unclear situations.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
