Job Description
MillerKnoll is actively growing a new B2B portal for select customers to purchase pre-selected products more easily. The product data supporting this growing business is managed in a PIM (Product Information Management) system. For this we are seeking to hire a new Product Data Analyst to join a small team dedicated to supporting this growing segment of our business.
The role includes the setup and maintenance of product page style and SKU level information in the PIM system. Internal merchandizing teams provide product to be included for each customer. In this role this position must be able to interact with the business team to understand the scope and navigate multiple existing systems to collect required information to be loaded into the PIM environment.

A starting compensation range for this role is $53,600.00 - $66,725.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs. Responsibilities
- Extraction of data from business systems necessary to support the B2B site requirements.
- Determine what SKU data is new and what is already setup in PIM.
- Create import files that can be loaded into PIM to start the Style and SKU development process.
- Access multiple sources to acquire necessary information and load into the PIM Environment.
- Assemble weekly update report for department manager.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss current and future customer additions and timing requirements.
- Leverage external Excel documents to organize data when possible, prior to upload in the PIM environment.
- A minimum of 3+ years overall experience in product data management activities doing data analysis, creation, maintenance and governance of data.
- Strong understanding of Excel and how to perform vlookups to merge data from multiple sources.
- The aspirant will have to demonstrate very good interpersonal and relationship management skills having worked in a team environment.
- Experience working with Product owners, Product Data Managers to clarify requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems.
- Should be detail oriented and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated and organized to achieve target release dates.
- Good communication skills verbal and written (English).
