Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Operations Planning Manager, Operations Executive, or Operations Analyst. The role includes developing and optimizing operational plans, analyzing data to inform decision-making, managing and streamlining operations, and supporting production planning processes. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient planning and execution of business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operational Planning and Planning to develop and implement effective strategies and frameworks
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Operations Management to assess data, solve problems, and drive efficient workflows
- Experience in Production Planning to optimize processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Adaptability to a remote work environment and self-motivation to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in retail, media, or data-driven environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields is preferred
