Accountabilities:
- Produce engaging motion assets, including product demos, explainer videos, and social media animations that support growth and marketing strategies
- Design and deliver modular, industry-specific video content for diverse audiences in retail, media, and agency sectors
- Build and maintain a motion graphics system for live-action video, ads, and other brand storytelling formats
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop a cohesive motion design language that enhances usability and feature adoption
- Create in-app animations, onboarding sequences, and micro-interactions that elevate the product experience
- Contribute to the overall creative direction by aligning every animation with the brand's "space to breathe" philosophy
- 3+ years of motion design experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors
- Expert proficiency in After Effects, Motion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma; experience with Lottie/JSON animation exports and CSS/web animation principles is a plus
- Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and visual hierarchy to communicate ideas effectively
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely across product, design, and marketing functions
- Creative problem-solving mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
- A proactive and communicative approach to teamwork, with openness to feedback and continuous learning
- Competitive base salary between $91,000 - $145,000 USD depending on experience
