We are now looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and skilled Jr Marketing Specialist to amplify our digital marketing and conference activities! 

Role overview:

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and enhancing our brand visibility. You'll be responsible for the content creation for our social media channels, organising our participation in events, and aiding in the development of blog posts and educational content. You will work closely with our marketing, commercial, and business development teams to drive our marketing strategies forward. 

We look for people who love what they do, have strong communication skills, are able to understand the needs of the industry, and are proactive and curious about solving challenging problems in a collaborative environment.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Prepare and coordinate our participation in various events, ensuring materials and activities are organised efficiently.
  • Support the development of insightful blog posts and manage the creation of educational content to promote company knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, commercial, and business development teams to support and implement effective marketing strategies.


Requirements

  • Proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing, technology, digital health and artificial intelligence 
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Prior experience in a marketing and communications role is highly desirable, and in a start-up or consulting environment is a big plus 
  • Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn about digital health, precision medicine and eye care
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus 
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of gathering inputs and information from colleagues to drive your activities independently 
  • Team player with analytical skills, capable of identifying effective channels, metrics, and insights to guide your work and development 
  • You can coordinate tasks in communications / marketing and develop your marketing activities without close supervision.
