Settla is remote-first and async-friendly.
We do not expect a traditional 40-hour workweek.
Before someone joins, we agree on a realistic area of ownership, expected contribution and review point based on the person’s availability and Settla’s current priorities.

These are currently unpaid, volunteer founding-team contributor positions.
Settla cannot currently offer salary, visa sponsorship or guaranteed future employment.
Founding Team participation does not automatically mean co-founder status, employment or equity. Any future compensation, formal role or ownership would need to be discussed and agreed separately as the company develops.
