The Role: Head of Sales / European Sales Director


Our client is a respected manufacturer of high-quality washroom electronics. Known for their innovation and reliability, they’re now taking their products further into Europe and need someone with the vision, drive and tactics to lead that charge.


You’ll take the lead on growing the European market, especially focusing on selling into facilities teams at large organisations, major distributors, and national wholesalers. You’ll be building something that lasts – and you’ll have the freedom to shape how it’s done.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after a commercially sharp, self-driven professional who knows how to think strategically but also gets the job done. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience selling into wholesalers, distributors or big facilities buyers
  • A background in washroom products, electronics or hand dryers would be a real bonus
  • Proven ability to open new markets and drive long sales cycles to conversion
  • Someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead and thrives when given freedom
  • Confidence to build new relationships from scratch across multiple regions
  • Fluent English (and French or German would be a big plus)
  • Most importantly, we want someone who loves the thrill of the chase, but who doesn’t just chase anything – you’ll think carefully about where the value is, and go after it with precision.

  • Discretionary annual bonus tied to performance - usually equal to 30-50% of base salary
