With expansion planned both nationally and internationally, this is a rare opportunity to lead through transformation, develop teams, and directly influence long-term success.

The Role

  • Lead a major residential/student accommodation portfolio across the South.
  • Manage and develop a team of GMs; rebuild and strengthen teams where needed.
  • Drive operational excellence across leasing, service, compliance, and presentation.
  • Own regional budgets, KPIs, and deliver against commercial goals.
  • Be present and on-site and supporting the day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong regional leadership experience in PBSA, BTR, co-living or wider residential operations.
  • Commercially minded, with confidence managing budgets and performance metrics.
  • A team-focused leader with proven coaching and engagement skills.
  • Credible, calm under pressure, and effective in a fast-evolving business.
  • Happy to travel weekly across a large Southern-based portfolio.

Why Join?

  • Competitive base salary plus bonus.
  • Join at a pivotal time in the company’s journey with real opportunity to shape growth.
  • Be part of a business backed by committed investors and strong executive leadership.
  • Direct influence on a growing portfolio with major refurb projects and leasing uplift plans.
  • A people-first culture with a focus on high standards, visibility, and accountability.
  • Career progression opportunities aligned with long-term UK and international expansion.
