We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at DK Global, Inc. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $33.00 to $43.00, based on experience and skill level. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in updating and maintaining the company's branding, style guides, and marketing assets across digital and print media. This position involves leading creative projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating strategic directions into visually compelling content. While the role can be based at our headquarters in Redlands, California, we are open to remote work for applicants residing in California, Arizona, Texas, or Florida. The successful candidate will be a boundary-pusher, passionate about design, with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple projects, and eager to contribute innovative ideas to elevate DK Global’s visual identity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative work across digital and print media
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
- Solid understanding of marketing and design principles such as typography, hierarchy, and composition
- Up-to-date with current graphic design and branding trends
- Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within established brand guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and adaptability
- Collaborate with Marketing and senior leadership to develop a variety of marketing materials, including logos, style guides, email templates, event promotions, and business cards
- Translate strategic branding directives into high-quality visual content that aligns with company standards
- Design concepts manually or using software, determining optimal use of color, typography, imagery, and layout
- Create polished deliverables utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud tools
- Edit and enhance visual media, including animations, motion graphics, and photographs
- Ensure all visual content adheres to DK Global’s quality standards, branding, and style guidelines
- Contribute to the development of innovative design concepts, pushing creative boundaries
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery
- Oversee project resources, including time and materials, to stay within budget while maintaining quality
- Problem-solve creatively to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Utilize company ERP systems for communication, feedback, and project updates
- Participate in collaborative sessions and meetings to advance project goals
- Support senior executives and project managers in all aspects of project development and execution
