Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Football Combine Team Leader. The Team Leader will oversee the organization, execution, and management of football combines, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality events. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating event logistics, training team members, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating effective communication between all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in Recreation and event coordination within a sports-related environment.
- Strong Communication skills to engage with team members, athletes, and stakeholders.
- Customer Service expertise to ensure a positive experience for all participants and attendees.
- Proven experience in training team members to enhance event success and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote role.
- Passion for sports or previous experience in sports event management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field is preferred.
