Accountabilities:
- Implement, program, and update websites and email campaigns across platforms including WordPress, Braze, HubSpot, SharePoint, and others
- Support the creation of digital PDFs and interactive collateral
- Execute front-end design and content implementation to ensure brand consistency and high-quality presentation
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on multi-channel campaigns
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines
- Maintain and troubleshoot technical and design issues on digital platforms
- 5+ years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating relevant digital design work
- Proficiency in designing and implementing web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other online digital content
- Mid-level experience in WordPress, Braze, HubSpot, HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience in UX and digital design is a plus
- Experience working in corporate settings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Advanced Mac skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
