What you bring to TriNetX Oncology GmbH:


  • A strong background in Biostatistics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field (MSc. preferred)
  • A track record of working on complex biostatistical analyses.
  • Strong programming experience with at least one common programming language and tools such as R, R/shiny, Python, Java, Docker, etc., as well as best practices in coding.
  • Work experience with medical data, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., GxP).
  • A proven ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and an interest to grow & develop in the domain of health care data analysis.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience with version control systems.
  • The ability to work in a changing and agile environment with international collaborations.
  • Very good communication skills including presentation of results and moderation.
  • Fluency in English and German.



What you will be doing:


  • Conduct and support the implementation of biostatistical methods and advanced analytics.
  • Analyzing data to support External Control Arms (ECA), adjusted comparisons, epidemiological key facts, patient profiles, disease characteristics, treatment algorithms and outcome assessments (e.g., time-to-event analyses).
  • Development of ETL- (extract, transform, load) and analytical pipelines.
  • Harmonization and standardization of various data models.
  • Drafting abstracts, manuscripts, and posters for publication in prestigious medical conferences and peer-reviewed journals.
