As the Sales Analyst, Medical you will be responsible for:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of cannabis consumers motivated by medical needs.
- Analyze large datasets using statistical analysis tools such as Python and R.
- Generate reports and visualizations with Excel and Power BI.
- Conduct cohort analysis and customer segmentation to understand patient behavior patterns.
- Perform churn analysis and develop predictive models for customer retention using machine learning techniques.
- Analyze patient feedback and sentiment data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing team to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, using data storytelling techniques to drive decision-making.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies, recommending new tools or methodologies as appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance/Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proven track record of using data analysis to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Excel.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and programming languages like Python or R.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Intense curiosity in the pursuit of knowledge.
- Strong empathy with customers who have medical needs.
- Highly organized with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of critical and analytical thinking.
- Keen to identify patterns and how to translate the insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Python and R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
