Location: Germany (Nationwide) - Hybrid (home-based with 25% travel)
Salary: €80,000–€85,000 + up to 20% bonus + car allowance/company car

We’re partnered with a global communications provider delivering secure, mission-critical systems for defence and enterprise customers across Europe.
They’re seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to oversee service delivery and customer satisfaction for major defence accounts. This is a key post-sales role managing support contracts, performance, and renewals, ideal for someone with a radio communications background who thrives in a customer-facing environment.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in customer support, service delivery, or account management.
- Strong background in RF or radio communications (Motorola, TETRA, DMR, LTE).
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
- Based in Germany (Berlin preferred) and eligible for security clearance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for post-sales support and service delivery.
- Manage warranty, hotline, and field service programs for assigned accounts.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Partner with sales teams to support renewals and account growth.
- Travel to customer sites across Germany and occasionally Europe (approx. 25%).
