Client Success Manager – Cirrom

Using AI, live data sources, and automated web searches, Cirrom ensures law firms always have accurate, reliable contact data — without the manual effort.

The Role

We’re looking for a confident, curious, and tech-savvy Client Success Manager to become the trusted face of Cirrom for our growing client base. You’ll build lasting relationships with leading law firms, helping them get maximum value from the Cirrom platform.

Your day-to-day will include:


  • Guiding clients through setup and helping them create automation rules that keep their CRM clean and compliant.
  • Training and supporting users so they can confidently manage their own data-quality workflows.
  • Collaborating with our product and development teams to deliver new client-requested features and enhancements.
  • Driving adoption and retention by ensuring every client sees measurable impact and ROI from Cirrom.


What We’re Looking For

You’re a people person who loves solving problems. You can speak confidently with marketing, BD, and IT teams inside a law firm — and you understand how CRM systems underpin their success.


We’d love you to have:


  • Hands-on experience with law-firm CRMs such as InterAction, Peppermint, or DealCloud (either in-house or via a vendor).
  • A strong grasp of data management or CRM best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, organised mindset — you enjoy helping clients get results.


Location & Travel

This is a remote position with flexible working hours to support clients in both the UK and US.

Occasional travel to industry events and team meet-ups may be required.


Salary Package dependant on experience.
