We’re looking for a motivated and structured Business Development Representative to support our growth in the Netherlands. You’ll work closely with the Dutch Sales Managers, helping identify new opportunities, schedule product demos, and build relationships with future customers.

This part-time role is ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the sports industry. You’ll play a key part in expanding Turf Tank’s presence in the region.

The Role

As Business Development Representative, you’ll support our Dutch Sales Managers by:


  • Reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media


  • Planning and scheduling product demos across the region


  • Coordinating with sales and marketing to run local lead generation campaigns


  • Managing data and outreach in our CRM system (HubSpot)


  • Assisting with local events, trade shows, and demo days


  • Occasionally attending demos and field visits


You’ll work remotely from your preferred location in the Netherlands, with flexible hours to fit your schedule.


What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:


  • A fluent Dutch speaker, comfortable communicating in English


  • Eager to learn and excited to support a growing business


  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented


  • Friendly and confident reaching out to new people


  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)


Experience in sales, customer outreach, or project coordination is a plus—but not required. We’ll help you succeed with a supportive onboarding process and regular guidance.
