- Position the brand, and drive brand awareness and recognition across markets
- Identify new product development opportunities, set the product development strategy, and drive roadmap execution with the New Product Development manager
- Manage a team of marketing professionals across social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, PR, partnerships, community events, and design
- Manage and execute 360-degree global marketing campaigns from concept through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product Development, Digital, Customer Experience, and Operations
- Oversee & own the brand's social media strategy, particularly focusing on growing reach and community engagement. Utilise platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to enhance organic reach and customer interaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies and content creators globally to secure top-tier media coverage and innovative content collaborations
- Champion the brand's presence in new territories to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful market entries
- Manage campaign budgets and campaign performance metrics in line with targets
- A minimum of 7 years experience in brand management, social media community building, and general marketing within the beauty industry
- At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in developing brand marketing strategies and executing record-breaking campaigns
- Proven ability to manage and grow influencer relationships and execute impactful PR strategies
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in using data to drive brand decisions and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally
- Experience in managing a global brand with a deep understanding of various international markets, particularly the US, UK, Europe, and Australia
- Creative thinker with a commercial mindset, adept at operating under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
