Role Description

We are seeking a full-time remote Assistant to support the daily administrative and operational needs of our company. The Assistant will handle scheduling, communications, and coordination across teams, as well as support client interactions and project logistics. Additional responsibilities include organizing documentation, managing digital files, assisting in planning and executing marketing projects, and ensuring seamless workflows across various teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with team members to drive efficient and impactful operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for client and team interaction.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as project management software, email platforms, and cloud-based document management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and self-direct work within remote environments.
  • Experience with scheduling, documentation management, and maintaining workflows across teams.
  • Adeptness in supporting marketing campaigns such as social media management, email marketing coordination, and research.
  • Problem-solving skills paired with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Administrative experience and familiarity with digital marketing concepts are a plus.
  • Degree or coursework in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
